Life Skills provides access to online educational resources regarding basic life skills necessary to live and thrive in today’s society, including financial employment & workplace, personal care, interpersonal, and home care skills (the “Curriculum”). To the extent the parties are permitted under these Terms to initiate litigation, Customer agrees that any and all claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be litigated exclusive in the municipal, state, or federal courts servicing Lake County, and/or the State of Ohio. Customer hereby specifically waives Customer’s right to have any claim, dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms litigated or resolved through arbitration, and hereby waives all of Customer’s rights to make class action claims in connection with this Agreement. Customer further waives Customer’s right to trial by jury if there is any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
10. General Terms
(i) If for any reason any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof; (ii) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter; (iii) Life Skills may assign its rights under these Terms without notice to You; (iv) You may not assign Your rights under these Terms; and (v) any notice or other communication required or permitted herein must be in writing (or electronic mail communication) in accordance with Section 11 below.
