Western Reserve Education & Consulting, LLC DBA Life Skills Curriculum (“Life Skills” “us” or “we”) provides this privacy policy (this “Policy”) to inform you (“You”) of what information Life Skills collects in connection with Your use of Life Skills’ websites, including www.thelifeskillcurriculum.com, www.thelifeskillsstore.com, and www.lifeskillsstore.com (each, a “Website,” or collectively, the “Websites”). This Policy also explains what information is collected, how this information is used, what steps we take to protect this information, as well as providing You a process to update or delete Your personal information. This Policy applies to information obtained in connection with Life Skills’ operations at or through the Websites accessed by You from a computer, mobile device, tablet, application, or any other electronic device. Your access to and use of Life Skills’ products, goods and/or services (together, the “Services”) shall be subject to Life Skills’ Terms and Conditions of sale and/or use. To Provide You with Life Skills’ Services
We use Your Personal to provide You the Services. For example, we use credit card information to complete a transaction or an email or physical address to fulfill Your delivery. To help provide You with a high-quality delivery we also may share Your Personal Information and order details, with the shipping/delivery services who complete Your requested deliveries. Similarly, we may share Your name, phone number, order information, customer feedback and other information related to Your orders with Life Skills merchants.

Related Entities
We may share Your Personal Information with our affiliates (entities that control or are under the control of Life Skills) for business purposes. We will require these entities to comply with the terms of this Policy with regard to their use of Your Personal formation.

Registered Life Skills users may also access the “Account” page to manage their Personal Information and selections.

You have the right to opt-out of having Your Personal Information sold. Life Skills does not sell or rent Personal Information to third-parties.

Right to Non-Discrimination
Life Skills will not discriminate against those who exercise their Rights. Specifically, if You exercise Your Rights, we will not deny You Services, charge You different prices or rates for Services or provide You a different level or quality of Services.
